Additions and Renovations to First United Methodist, Perrysburg, Ohio
Bell Architecture provided professional design services for renovations to the Methodist Church in Historic Perrysburg. Built in 1920 and designed by renowned Toledo firm Bauers, Richards and Moorehead, this congregation is the "Mother of Methodism in the Maumee Valley". The church dates back to 1820, not long after Perrysburg's founding as the original town plat in the Great Black Swamp.
For this project, Bell Architecture designed additional restrooms, narthex renovations greatly updating the 1950s addition and a new wheelchair lift. Bell Architecture is proud to continue serving this historic church and Our Lord's Kingdom in Northwest Ohio.
